HOW TO PASS THE AOSB.
A Candidate's Perspective
READING LIST
The possible reading list for Potential Officers is certainly not small. You will not do yourself any harm reading about British History, British Army History, Campaign Histories, Low Level Operations, Warfare and Leadership.
I personally found some of the documents below very useful*. There is a strong focus on leadership principles and officer qualities; identifying these and living by them should form the foundation for any potential officer. There is also a very useful Army fitness guide which should be looked over.

If anyone would like a wider reading list recommendation then please do get in touch.
